  Nice Sunday dinner, good portion sizes and excellent service. I had the beef, which was very nice, but not quite as good as when we previously visited about a year ago.

  After being taken over they use what I call freezer food. Nothing that you can't pick up from ASDA. Used to serve quality meals. Not any more. And Scampi without peas. You have to pay extra.. ...unheard of!!

  Lovely atmosphere, good selection of real ale and cider on tap. Vegetarian meals need more variety, only options were mushroomy, blue cheesey or stir fry. Desert on the other hand was amazing! Food a little on the pricey side.
